Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

At Elevora, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy (30 Days)

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must be returned with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required

To initiate a return, email us at store.elevora@gmail.com with your order details.

⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Replacement Policy (Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item)

We offer free replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product

Steps:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear images/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will verify and arrange a replacement at no extra cost

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)
  • Place a new order separately

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used personal care products (including hair tools once used)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product) → We cover shipping
  • For other returns → Customer may need to bear return shipping charges

(Return address will be shared after approval)


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned item
  • If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • It may take additional time for banks/payment providers to reflect the amount
